✨When will you ship my order?
Orders will usually be shipped out within 1-2 business days.
✨ When will my order arrive?
Because of COVID 19 please allow extra time for deliveries during this time. Please note that shipping may take longer than usual!
✨ Does my order include tracking?
Sticker, Sticker Sheet, and Print orders are mailed in standard envelopes via USPS First Class Letter Mail. No tracking is included.
If you want to add tracking, go to the Products page, scroll down to the bottom, select “U.S Domestic tracking” or “International Tracking” and add to cart.
For International orders, an order can be tracked within the U.S.. Please note, after the package has left the U.S it can no longer be tracked until it arrives at its destination.
✨ Return and exchange policy
All purchases are final once I ship out your order. Once your order has been shipped, no cancellations, changes, exchanges, or returns can be made. So please take this into consideration before ordering.
Please understand that I am not responsible for any damages or delays caused by mailing services or natural disasters.
✨ How are orders packaged?
Stickers, sticker sheets, and prints are sealed in plastic to protect them from water damage. Prints also include a stiff backing board to keep the print from bending.
Acrylic Charms are wrapped in bubble wrap and mailed in a bubble mailer for protection.
✨ I want to change something from my order, what do I do?
If your order has not been shipped yet and you want to change something (eg. delivery address) send an email to [email protected]
✨ Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can!
✨ Will my package be charged delivery/custom fees?
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total, so please be aware that the buyer is responsible for paying any fees that occur.
